Final Demo and updates


There is a new and probably the penultimate HTML demo up for anyone who is interested.

It incorporates many new features we have made, which have gone into the full game. 

1. Elemental Stones harvesting.

2. More existing resources to harvest (reeds, bushes).

3. Added new stats to help you understand progression - tyranny (formerly morality), bravery (to recognise how many difficult battles you have won), monsters obtained and emblems obtained. Emblems are a new item given out for defeating forts or particularly tough battles which add +5 to M.Atk as well as boost an element of attack by 10% (for example Beast attacks).

4. Optional but harder battles, utilizing obtainable creatures from the area, we have called the Knights of Camelot. These provide high level rewards as well as bravery.

5. Enhanced the fishing and fishing tutorial to allow the player to get more items rather than it being randomised. 

6. New NPC's which show up around creature choices which can transform. They reveal the creature transformation in exchange for gold and bravery.

7. General quality of life improvements suggested in feedback we have received - such as new attacks, reduced enemy health (80%), a more intuitive system for enemy attacks (based on level) to make battles more logical, overhauled class stat parameters including the addition of status chance and speed, finalised quest log, an improved potion system with 3 tiers of potions and more recipes for items such as Talismans.


We are hoping to be finished shortly with the game and fully test it by early 2024. The full game itself has many more features than the demo does and is now reaching around 20 hours of optional playtime from our tests.
